1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the Nano Banana 2 Platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our website at NanoBanana2.vip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Platform Identity

This Platform is an independent third-party service operated by NanoBanana2.vip. We are preparing to integrate Google's upcoming Nano Banana 2 AI image generation model once it becomes available. We are NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC. Nano Banana 2 is Google's AI model (not yet released). Google, Gemini, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.

2. Service Description

Current Status

The Nano Banana 2 AI model has not yet been officially released by Google. Our Platform is currently in preparation mode, allowing users to:

  • Register accounts and join the waitlist
  • Access information about Nano Banana 2
  • Subscribe to updates about the model's availability
  • Purchase credits or subscription plans (once available)

Future Services

Once Google releases the Nano Banana 2 model and we successfully integrate it, users will be able to:

  • Generate AI images using the Nano Banana 2 model
  • Access advanced control features and self-review mechanisms
  • Utilize credits or subscription-based access

3. User Accounts

Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Security

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Platform to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform
  • Create content that violates Google's AI usage policies (when applicable)
  • Resell or redistribute Platform access without authorization
  • Generate misleading deepfakes or impersonate others
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our systems

5. Credits and Subscriptions

Credit System

  • Credits are virtual tokens used to access AI generation services
  • Credits expire according to the terms of your plan
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Unused credits may expire at the end of validity period

Subscription Plans

  • Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods except as required by law

Payment

  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is processed through secure third-party providers
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees

6. Intellectual Property

Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you create using our Platform
  • Commercial use rights depend on your subscription plan
  • Free tier users may have restrictions on commercial use

Platform Content

  • All Platform content (except user-generated content) is owned by us or our licensors
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
  • Nano Banana 2 model and related technology belong to Google LLC

Trademarks

  • "Nano Banana 2" and related terms belong to Google LLC
  • Our Platform name and logo are our trademarks
  • Unauthorized use of any trademarks is prohibited

7. Third-Party Services

Google's AI Model

  • The Nano Banana 2 model is developed and owned by Google LLC
  • Use of the model is subject to Google's terms and policies
  • We are not responsible for the model's availability, performance, or outputs
  • Google may impose usage restrictions or content policies

Other Third-Party Services

  • We use third-party services for payment processing, analytics, and infrastructure
  • These services have their own terms and privacy policies
  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures

8. Model Availability Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The Nano Banana 2 model has not been officially released by Google. We cannot guarantee:

  • When or if the model will be released
  • Whether we will successfully integrate the model
  • The model's features, performance, or capabilities
  • Pricing or access terms after model release

By subscribing or purchasing credits, you acknowledge that you are supporting our platform development and preparation efforts. Services will be provided once the model becomes available.

9. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content
  • Remove content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Report illegal content to authorities

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of others
  • Content you generate or share

13. Changes to Terms

14. Termination

By You

  • Unused credits will be forfeited

By Us
